Shipping Policy

Little Grove ships worldwide. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping: FREE on every order. Estimated delivery in 7 to 15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $9.99. Estimated delivery in 5 to 9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order ships. During busy periods (such as holidays and sales events), or due to carrier delays, weather or customs checks, deliveries can occasionally take a little longer.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items

If you order several products, your items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships so we can update it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it, including sending a replacement or refund where appropriate.
